Meet Our Team
Indraneel Chakrabarty, M.D., M.A.
Raised in Hemet, Indraneel Chakrabarty received his BS, Biochemistry from UCR in 1998, his MA in Medical Sciences from Boston University School of Medicine (BUSM) in 2000, his MD from BUSM in 2004, and his fellowship in Gastroenterology and Interventional Endoscopy in 2011 from Lahey Clinic. He was on staff as a Hospitalist and Teaching Associate at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Chakrabarty is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
Michelle Porter, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Michelle Porter studied Pre-Med & Biology and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree. Shortly after she completed an accelerated BSN program from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences. Michelle has worked as a Registered Nurse in a variety of roles including Charge Nurse at both a SNF & Dialysis/Nephrology clinic, as well as Lead Home Health RN. In most of my positions as an RN, quickly advancing from a floor nurse to charge nurse where she trained the new oncoming nurses and staff. While working full time as a registered nurse, she continued my schooling and completed a Master’s Degree for Family Nurse Practitioner Summa Com Laude from Chamberlain University. Currently holding two Bachelor’s degrees alongside a Master’s degree.
